The proposal for housing is created above the built-up areas of the G57 model apartment buildings and intensifies them. The apartment building is constructed gradually, evolving over time, without demolishing existing structures. Its construction is independent of the buildings beneath it, allowing for the gradual replacement of the G57 function with another. In its place, new opportunities for construction, spaces, and functions emerge.
