We are creating new development in the small beautiful town of Litomyšl. We are transforming an empty, neglected, overgrown plot in the area of former railway tracks into a lively park with residential buildings and student housing—functions currently in high demand in the city. All buildings are connected by a covered pedestrian pathway called the 'Tunnel,' responding to the location and its history. The individual simple volumes are like wagons attached to the main communication Tunnel leading from the train station to a pedestrian bridge to the center. The project aims to set a standard for future development in this part of the city.
