The proposal deals with the comprehensive transformation of the entire area along the main Vrchlického Street in Košíře, from the wider urbanism to the individual layouts of the new buildings. Even though the current poor state of the car dealerships occupies precious space in the city centre and disfigures the surroundings, I perceive part of the development as valuable for further use and I continue to work with it. The site is characterised by its length of almost half a kilometre and its close contact with the steep slope of the park.
