The surroundings of railways are often neglected, with industrial halls or warehouses often standing still. However, we see potential in these areas for the development of smaller towns around Prague. The „SPO(R)T U TRATI 120“ project represents a place where the industrial spirit of the railway environment meets the active life of the residents of the town of Kladno and its surroundings. The facility is not intended to be a dominating feature of the area but strives to integrate into the surrounding context. The hall serves as a focal point on the path between the train station and the town center, hosting not only sports competitions and training sessions but also concerts, exhibitions, and various public and private events. In doing so, it becomes a hub of cultural and social activities
