The apartment building is located in Nové Město nad Metují on Komenského street in Vernerova gap. The apartment building is connected on the south side to the neighbouring house, at the same time there is a passage to the family house and a ramp to the underground garages. The passage and the ramp are separated by a luxfer wall copying the curvature of the ramp. There are 2 establishments on the ground floor. The main establishment is the cafe located in the middle of the ground floor and it is open to the garden. A smaller establishment is located on the north side and can be used as an office. There are a total of 8 apartments of sizes 3kk to 4kk on the second and third floors. On the last, fourth floor, there are 2 5kk apartments, which also have spacious balconies facing the street.
