Thesis written part

In this written part, I will briefly introduce you (the reader) to the topic of the elderly wave. I will explain how we are witnessing a new demographic shift, as more and more people are getting older, and people are having less children than ever before. I will look at why we should care about this new demographic wave, and provide you with 4 examples of alternative living. Furthermore, I will give a brief introduction to Norway and the location and locality of Sagvåg. In the end I will introduce the site, on which I will be conducting my thesis project.
