The new building of Nové Město nad Metují rises at the intersection of Komenského and Klosova streets. Its peak reaches a height of 17 m, while the width is less than 5 m. Inside the building two spiral staircases are imitating DNA. Each has separate access. The interior spaces are divided into two apartments with an identical layout. One apartment unit will offer a bedroom with a shower, a children's room for two children with a shower, a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, an office for a self-employed person, and a cellar. Each of the floors has its toilet. As we climb up, we come across other elements with a unique design solution up to the highest level, where the walkable roof is equipped with artificial grass. Here we can feel like we are in a garden.
