Hlavák is no longer a periphery in the middle of Prague!

Prague Main Railway Station. A periphery in the heart of the city. This is one way to describe the current state of the main station. Our thoughts on the feelings and opportunities this place should invoke are summarized in three fluid variants of a regulatory plan. The goal of these three versions is to identify the distinct elements of the area: Vrchlického Sady, the new terminal hall, Fantova building, the space above the tracks, the Wilson Boulevard, and the forecourt of the State Opera. In the project, we drew upon personal experiences with the location and established clear guidelines, identifying where we believe it is crucial to add volumetric character to define clear boundaries for streets, the park, and the boulevard.
