Finding the delicate balance between economic efficiency and comfortable living in urban design is difficult task, especially when environmental sustainability. Balanced urban design seeks to address these often conflicting priorities and ensure that urban environments are functional and pleasant at the same time. This approach recognises the limitations of purely economic proposals, that can lead to high-density development and efficient use of resources, which may lack basic social and community facilities. Conversely, overly comfortable proposals prioritise social sustainability but often do not take economic realities into account, leading to high costs and inefficient use of land.
