Urban Structure Gradually Evolving from a Linear Village into a City
The district has undergone significant changes, yet the picturesque village-like quality and the beauty of its layered structure remain intact.
Apart from Zenklova Street, the entire district is designed as a 30 km/h zone with traffic-calmed intersections. Zenklova Street is transformed into an urban avenue integrating both public and personal transport.
At the center lies the main square, featuring a large, paved area designed primarily for larger events such as markets and fairs.
The project addresses solutions from the largest city scale down to the small-scale intersections within the 30 km/h zone, which are recurrent throughout and collectively contribute to the charm of Zenklova Street.
