Annotation

ATU Bílá Hora is a valuable technological heritage, its value lies not only in the appearance of the facade but also in its functional equipment. This is a heritage that we may not be able to appreciate yet, but that does not mean that we can demolish all such structures. That's why I leave the building as it is. But what is valuable is the land on which ATÚ stands, which is not sufficiently used. It is an effort to translate architectural utopias into a real design. Inspiration from Remo Koolaas or from Archizoom resulted in a skeleton structure with shelves into which different uses slide like shelves. The uses were chosen with regard to the surrounding housing estate and its needs - parking and children's playground.
