We propose two new worlds around Liberecká street, the northern gate of Prague. In the north, a housing estate superstructure of four centers is created, providing homes, jobs, leisure, and culture. The estate is filled with public spaces, greenery, and water features. The concept uses urban traffic dynamics as an expression of life. The “modern river” Liberecká is crossed by footbridges and a bridge, offering spaces for cultural use and living. In the south, we add new buildings to the existing village-like structure as well as a village square for cultural use. Both new worlds are connected to Okrouhlík by green infrastructure, expanding the urban green space.
