Karlovy Vary - centre for the elderly

The senior center building provides its residents with the opportunity to experience a happy and carefree retirement. The rooms are arranged to best suit the needs of seniors, and the orientation inside is clear and logical. The corridors are designed with areas for relaxation overlooking the park and there are additional rooms for leisure activities on each floor. The dining room is on the ground floor where everyone gathers, which also promotes better socialization. Due to the poor sunlight of the site, it was decided to raise the car park by one floor and cover it with a green garden, which will serve as a place for garden therapy.
