Sustainability Centre

This project focuses on the revitalization of the old telephone exchange on Bílá hora in Řepi and its transformation into a sustainable community centre. Inspired by the Carmody Groarke Macintosh Hill House project, this provides weather protection and energy efficiency. It includes insulated tubes for workshops, a community garden and an indoor farm with purple light for growing food. A recycling station will allow for efficient waste sorting, and compost will be used for the garden. Other facilities include cafes, restaurants, workshops, sustainable technology labs and accommodation. The project emphasizes sustainability, eco-friendly materials and renewable resources, transforming the building into a center that fosters creativity and collaboration.
