The park is partly designed as a green roof over an underground road that connects two residential areas. The park area is bordered by apartment buildings, creating a harmonious transition between the urban environment and the green oasis. The location offers residents pleasant living in a green environment with an integrated water feature that improves the area's microclimate. The main feature of the park is a picnic meadow with a beautiful view, making it an ideal place for relaxation and social activities. The complex terrain of the park allows for stunning views of Prague. On the southern side, the park connects to the historical building Mazanka, integrating it into the park's activities and providing a historical and cultural dimension.
