The multifunctional building is designed for the maximum static load capacity of the roof of the new apron from
1970s. On the first floor, the house has a trade fair exhibition hall in which visitors pass under an admitted truss structure. The hall is connected by escalators to the new check-in
and the second floor, which houses the business centre. The third and fourth floors
the fifth and sixth floors have offices, the fifth and sixth floors have apartments.
