Exhibition of Studio Projects

Annotation

The Faculty of Information Technology is located on a small plot of land with an excellent location. The design incorporates an excavated part of the building, giving a larger floor area and an aesthetically interesting shape. The excavated part is supported by trusses on columns, allowing flexible room layouts. The façade of the building responds to the light conditions, with the slats on the east and west sides thickening towards the north. The edges of the building contain ventilators to allow daylight to flow between classrooms. The ground and top floors are separated by glazed areas A walk-on roof at the top of the building provides a welcoming space for students. I designed the faculty to blend in with the surrounding buildings while looking innovative and elegant.
