VIRIDESCENT VISION

The design transforms the existing structure from a closed and chaotic space into an accessible and functionally organized area, integrated into the city's daily life. The music school (ZUŠ) is preserved, enhanced with features like a public rehearsal room for bands and a concert hall. The community center retains its function, with its multifunctional hall reorganized for greater efficiency. The green color of the annex is not just aesthetic but carries deeper symbolism. It connects the building to the surrounding greenery, ensuring a smooth transition between natural and urban environments. This color choice also conveys openness, freshness, and renewal. New facilities, including a café, night bar, and gallery, bring energy to the space and meet the community's needs.
