ResiDent - Multi-functional house

The design of the residential building, located in Velké Poříčí, is situated in a quiet area near the towns of Náchod and Hronov. This design responds to the need to combine modern living with functional elements and integrates residential and commercial uses. The building is designed as a three-story structure with simple features. On the ground floor, there are dental and dental hygiene offices, while the upper floors offer comfortable, spacious residential units. The layout allows for the separation of the commercial and residential parts, ensuring maximum privacy for the residents and smooth operation of the medical facility.
