THE GAP KRYMSKÁ - MOSKEVSKÁ

Empty space, a neglected meadow and dirty corners of a place in an attractive part of the city. This is a gap in Vršovice between Krymská and Moskevská streets. The purpose of my proposal is therefore to complete this scar in the existing structure of city blocks, with regard to the local community and the genius loci of Vršovice. The basic concept is the massive completion of city blocks, a clear definition of Moscow Avenue and the creation of a residential square in Tržík. The main content is housing, housing of different categories, from simple social units, through standard residential apartments to generous apartments. The base is a good social mix and suggested places to get together, strengthen ties and build a community.
