The house in the yard is situate in Prague Libeň, Na Hrázi street is from the south-east side and Světova street is in the north-west side. It is possible to pass from one street to another through the passageway that is between this house and the house next. The concept is an attempt to leave a piece of the face of the original buildings, such as gable roof and a small number of floors to create a cascade with other buildings taller buildings. The building is divided into a ground floor and two floors. On the ground floor there is a space for the sale of art supplies and a ceramic workshop. The flower shop is located in the second commercial area. There are four apartments in each apartment. The smallest is 1 kk and the largest apartment is 4 kk.
