Apartment Building in Palmovka: Revitalizing the Urban Structure in Prague's Libeň District The bachelor’s thesis focuses on the design of an apartment building in the dynamically developing area of Palmovka, transitioning from an industrial district into a modern urban center. The project combines residential functions with commercial spaces; the ground floor houses a restaurant, while the second to fourth floors offer apartments of varying standards. The top floor features exclusive rooftop apartments with city views. The design responds to the urban context of the area and contributes to its transformation into an attractive and functional part of Prague.
