Family house Zelených

The First Republic house from 1935 has its period qualities, but also problems and low standards for today. The aim of the proposed structural alterations is to treat the supporting structures, to transform the layout into a functional unit with minimal intervention, to reduce the energy consumption of the house, but at the same time to preserve its historic character. An important requirement is to adapt the house to the current occupants, but also prepare it for possible changes during its life cycle through a variable design.
