PALACE NEAR THE CHURCH

Palác u Kostela complements the block development near the centre of the Forum, close to the Church of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary. On the ground floor there are rentable spaces for retail, the administration is on the second floor, the other floors consist of luxury apartments with large floor-to-ceiling windows. Residents and administration have separate entrances, staircase and elevator. The building includes a parking stacker due to the small lot.
