The land is located in a quiet area of Prague Baba on the southern slope above the Vltava, with beautiful views of Hradcany. The house is designed for a sculptor's family. It is designed and situated on the plot to respect the natural slope of the terrain. Seen from the street, the house is designed so that, despite its size, it does not look massive. A substantial part of the mass of the house has a horizontal line and is partially sunk into the slope. Two cantilevered masses are placed transversely on it. The first mass on the east side is intended for the work of a sculptor, where the studio, study, gallery and facilities are located.
The second western mass contains private spaces for the family - the living part of the house. ⠀⠀
