Pavilion Štvanice

Trees. The authority itself, around which everything revolves. The mass of the pavilion, which consists only of circles, resembles the very rings of a tree. At the same time, the pavilion does not scream in the landscape in its shape and continues its smooth horizontality. On the island, the pavilion is connected to the roads and it is up to the passer-by to decide which way to go. The paths cross in two places, and here my lines of force cross as a result of my perception of space. In the pavilion, the viewer is drawn into the immediate atmosphere of the old, mature trees, which is impossible not to perceive. Not only the trunk, but also the crown together with the surrounding island can be observed. It is up to people to be curious enough to be seduced by the atmosphere of nature.
