Antony Gormley Gallery

Antony Gormley is a sculptor from Great Britain, whose sculptures of concrete blocks or cast steel are exhibited all over the world. I have placed Gormley's gallery in his native land - the Scottish Highlands. The exhibition space is largely a "labyrinth." Narrow streets lead to small courtyards where Antony's sculptures stand and the visitor is guided through every corner of the building so that no work is missed. On the ground floor there is a cosy Scottish bar overlooking the sculptures. The second floor, the only indoor exhibition space, is reached by monumental stairs, which are also used for relaxation and a view of the sea, and in an intimately lit room we can find the artist's drawings and paintings.
