Maximum minimum housing in Štupartská

Annotation

In the center of Prague, the number of permanent residents is decreasing, the number of accommodation options for tourists is increasing, and as a result, ordinary life is disappearing. People are moving to the suburbs and the city is growing. The project deals with the densification of buildings and the return of permanent residents to the city center. They are trying to get the most out of the small plot of land in Štupartská Street. The intention is not to stand out and attract attention, but to fit in unobtrusively among the surrounding buildings. I built the whole concept on a distinctive outdoor staircase. I therefore left the facade very simple. The unique feature of the otherwise simple facade is the circular window to the café and the glass-roofed studio with a view of Prague.
