Community Center

The space comprises of community center on the first two floors and a two bedroom apartment on the third floor. The building welcomes visitors with an entrance covered by a overhanging arch that provides shade and shelter from the rain. The second floor offers seating, a bar for refreshments and a small stage for various performances. The ground floor will offer a communal kitchen, and activities such as billiards or foosball. The living room of the apartment has a beautiful view over Hradčany and a spacious terrace. North-east-facing bedrooms have combined skylights with vertical windows for rich and stable lighting.
