ASTRAL

Villa house for AVU is located in an academic colony near the district of Ořechovka. The house uses its corner location at the underpass below the track, inviting passers-by into the open spaces of a café and community gallery stretching across two floors. The western and northern façades are dominated by red elements, which give the building an interesting color accent. In front of the southern façade with loggias, there is a preset metal structure of a green façade with creepers, which serves as an acoustically insulating and heat-insulating element. We are connected to the neighboring villa house by a two-armed staircase with an elevator. On 2 NP and 3NP there are student maisonettes with community space, on 4-5 NP we can find apartments for visiting professors and PhD students.
