Restoration of housing estates units with an emphasis on the solution of their public space spatial arrangement and organization

The main objectives of the project are: a) processing of analytical material for general conditions of preparation and realization of revitalization of residential units and individual apartment buildings from the point of view of current legislative conditions, their system administration and solution of property rights relations b) processing of analytical material focused on the possibilities of applying innovative technologies and innovative solutions in housing construction (new forms of housing, revitalization of buildings, especially in terms of increasing the typological diversity of social and species composition of housing, integration of other activities within or in relation to existing buildings, use of , organization and hierarchy of the external and internal living space, technical facilities of houses and flats, etc.); recommendations, suggestions for methodology c) elaboration of methodology for solution of complex projects of revitalization of residential units and revitalization of their public spaces using the principle of universal design, including enumeration and description of individual types of modifications and measures (catalog) d) elaboration of a pilot project of a selected housing estate at the stage of the building permit documentation using the results of previous stages of the work, including the practical solution of the analyzed barriers (eg fragmented ownership), evaluation especially from the point of view of the effectiveness of the state aid funds spent; preparation and organization of a conference to present and discuss analysis, methodology and pilot project.
