Valuation models of public goods for spatial planning.

Develop practical tools (valuation models), which will a) estimate - by using data on prices of market goods (in this case the real estate) or possibly other data - the use value of public goods that are not directly valued by the market, such as public facilities, public spaces, public infrastructure, b) estimate the impact of planned public and private projects on price of residential and possibly also commercial real estate. The goal of the project will be to examine the possible uses of the valuation models in the process of spatial planning and decision-making on territorial development, ex-ante assessment on the feasibility of development plans in Prague metropolitan area, and in vocational education.
