The project deals with influence of newly formed shopping centers on urban structure and economic activities of different types of urban forms (e.g. compact city development, suburban development etc.). At least two reference sites are explored in chosen timespan (1992 - 2015). The street network is analyzed using space syntax method, while localization of retail activity is based on data provided by Trade Offices.
