CONVERSION OF THE BLANICE AREA IN TÝN NAD VLTAVOU

The topic of the diploma thesis is the design of an urban solution for the former Blanice site in Týn nad Vltavou. The proposal focuses on redirecting traffic flows towards Veselská Street and thoroughly addresses the urban concept of the former accommodation facility area. It includes the design of a new street network, building structures, and diverse public spaces. The assisted living facility project emphasizes providing barrier-free housing, creating job opportunities, and ensuring spaces for social gatherings and activities designed for senior citizens.
