Housing by Výstaviště

The bachelors thesis is based on a study focused on the revitalization of the Výstaviště area in the city of Písek. This area is located on the left bank of the Otava River, between the river and the E49 highway. The area is primarily used for recreational purposes, but it also includes a primary school, a senior citizens home, and a municipal police building. The assignment involves minor urban planning adjustments and a change in the function of the entire area. The proposal introduces three new blocks: two residential blocks and one parking structure. These new blocks were designed to improve the citys housing and parking capacity.
