Annotation
The topic of the diploma thesis is conversion of the area of former military barracks in Košice, Slovakia. The project includes analyses of the existing area, designing of spatial changes, connectivity, communication with surrounding environment and definition of functional use. For further elaboration were chosen two objects. Conversion of an existing building into a multifunctional building and design of a new building with rental apartments, community spaces and living ground floor.
