Annotation
The subject of this thesis is the design of a collection of buildings for housing and services in Levínská Olešnice. The main theme is the creation of pleasant housing for the elderly and people afflicted by Alzheimer's disease. The plot chosen for the project offers a calm village environment while also providing active social life to its residents due to being situated on the boundary between the village center and countryside.
