URBAN CONCEPT OF STAŘEČKA QUARTER IN TŘEBÍČ

One of the oldest parts of the city of Třebíč, the Stařečka quarter, was largely renovated in the 1980s. The historic quarter had to give way to the advances of the modern city - the urban traffic, the bus station and department stores. The work deals with the design of a new compact development, which returns streets, squares, corners, patches, alleys and a stream to an incomprehensible open space and tries to return the lost atmosphere to the place. The part of the block with apartment buildings is being developed in more detail.
