Housing Vršovická

Housing between Havlíčkovy sady and the Vršovice rail station. Housing near by Botič brook but also close to the main street Vršovická. I design solitaire houses. The complex is welcoming to strangers who wants the relax from the noise of the main street while walking by. Despite that it provides privacy and safety to the residents. The houses are independent but in coexistence. The apartments I design to be illuminated, open to surroundings but cosy. The complex also provides atypical apartments with terraces or big cohousing apartments. But in good amount. I am trying to design appropriate comfort, not less nor more.
