SOLUTION OF THE PODĚBRADSKÁ SITE

The aim of the thesis is to investigate and analyze the locality located in the Prague district 9 - Vysočany. The selection of this area was carefully considered with regard to its inclusion in the rapidly developing outer compact urban space. Prague 9, as a modern part of the city, attracts investors and developers, opening the way to new urban planning opportunities. The proposal should fit evenly into the wider urban environment and build on a visual connection with the surrounding buildings and public spaces. When designing, it is essential to carefully consider the scale and architectural style of the surrounding development in order to maintain harmony with the surroundings.
