Annotation
This bachelor's thesis covers the design of an apartment building in cooperative ownership. The building is located in Praha 4 - Nové Dvory district, which awaits redevelopment, thanks to the construction of the newest metro line D. The thesis is based on a zoning plan study elaborated by Unit Architects.
