The apartment building is located on the main street Komenského in Nové Město nad Metují. The construction stays at the width of two houses. The building has 4 above-ground and 1 underground floors, which offer a total of 10 apartments, 2 rental spaces for civic amenities and 12 parking spaces.The front facade responds to the scale of the site with receding loggias, which optically divide the building into two smaller buildings relative to the surrounding buildings. The ground floor of the house fulfills the function of urban amenities and thus offers 2 spaces for rent. On the 1st floor there is also a passage to the yard, which forms part of the driveway for the neighboring house and allows access to the garden.
