NA HŘEBENKÁCH - APARTMENT COMPLEX WITH CIVIC AMENITIES

The project is located in the city area of Prague 5, in the quiet villa development ‘Na řebenky’. The purpose of the new development is to preserve the original terrain and the green space on the property. The new complex is an effort to connect an old villa development with a new housing development facing north. Its ground floor so services offer new possibilities for the surrounding area. At the same time, with its more scented staircase for overcoming the height levels and creating smaller construction masses, it tries to fit into the old villa setting.
