Mainpoint Palmovka

The building is situated on a crossroad of the U Rustonky and Voctářova street leading from the Rohanský ostrov district. It stands at the edge of the newly developing park Palmovka and creates an entry to the whole area of Palmovka with the neighboring site. The building was created as the main point of orientation of the area. This function was further backed up by the height of the object. The placement creates a connecting character, which I decided to showcase in the interior and the operation of the building. The entrance floor acts as a public square where people can meet, get a coffee, and a meal. The middle section is dedicated to coworking centre, which directly communicates with the entrance floor, but acts as an organism on its own. The rest is dedicated to offices.
