Apartment house - Palmovka

The design of an apartment building in Palmovka is situated on the land of the Prague 8. The design of this apartment building is situated at the very center of the location – on the spot of what is currently the building of Komerční banka. This dominant location is one of the main factors that influenced the new design for the apartment building, which too has generous aspects.The project continues to include non-residential space for Komerční banka to which the first two levels are alloted. A cafe is located on the first level too. Third to fifth floor all have residential function and there are 24 apartments total. On the sixth - last floor with a walking roof and a view of Prague – a restaurant is located. Natural cover from the sun for the restaurant guests are therein placed trees.
