The market premises space over two above-ground floors and are vaulted with a cross vault. The western building facing the main street is intended for housing. There are 8 larger housing units, providing views of the Zenklova street as well as the park in front of the Libeň Synagogue. The east building extends the versatility of the building with co-working and its leisure areas. It has a looser layout with the possibility of adjustments.
