The apartment building is located on a north-facing steeply sloping triangular plot in the Prague-Břevnov district with the original development of multi-storey houses and family villas. The house responds to this unusual shape of the plot with its floor plan with rounded corners. From the south street it gives the impression of a low two-storey building and from the north side, where there are 3 barrier-free entrances and the entrance to the underground garages, it follows the concept of apartment buildings. In this this regard the building is respectful to all surrounding buildings.
