B(l)augruppe

Baugruppe offers a chance to find a home for a group of builders in a housing project, that is realized exactly in accordance with their desires, unlike in regular construction. This is achieved by incorporating their requirements into the project documentation. Requirements may include disposition and standards of each home, more generous planning of shared areas and even special services, which can be used by the community. There is also an advantage for cities to encourage baugruppe projects, mainly because these associations can later become a core element in newly growing neighbourhood community. My goal with B(l)augruppe project is to comply with demands of clients, work with limits and possibilities of the parcel, and to create a functional and architecturally noteworthy building.
