Residential buildings

The apartment block is located in Kourim at the former brickyard site. The plot is situated on the imaginary axis of the terrain that connects two access roads. Furthermore, from the compositional aspect, this axis crosses the centre of mass of the area. This situation is utilized in the concept to form the square between appartement houses as well as the entrance gate into the park. The object consists of two masses connected through the main staircase. Ground floor offers commercial spaces that are facing the square. The higher levels orientations provide the sight of the nearby park.
