APARTMENT BUILDING OSTRAVA

The planned housing development is located in Ostrava near the industrial area of Dolní Víktovice. The new avenue offers stunning views on the river Ostravice and mountains of Beskydy and on the other side on cityscape. The purpose of this project is to build remarkable housing accompanied with space designed for home-office, or other work-related activities, which is strictly isolated from the rest of the flat. This allows the workspace and living area to be separated for the comfort of its user. Thus, the work rooms are positioned on the first floor just above ground level which consists of a store and technical foundation of the building. The apartments- whose main living areas are oriented towards the river, are placed on the second floor upwards.
